The Golf Vacation Experience is organized by Celtic Golf Tours and hosted by a Centre Holidays Travel Agent.  All payments are to be made through Centre Holidays and are held in trust by Centre Holidays

• 50% deposit due at time of booking
• 2nd deposit of 25% due 180 days prior to departure
• Final Balance of 25% due 90 days prior to departure
• Your Travel Agent will provide a Quote with the payment details and deadlines including forms of payment accepted
• All payments are non-refundable

• The Traveler must make the interim deposits and pay the balance in accordance to the provided payment schedule.  We reserve the right, after proper due notice to the traveler to cancel the booking.  In this event, the deposits will be forfeited, and a cancellation charge may be due.  The following cancellation charges will be payable by the customer:
• More than 90 days prior to departure – All deposit payments
• Less than 90 days prior to departure – 100% of booking  

Whenever possible, all changes will be advised to you without delay. Should the changes be minor, an alternative will be provided.  It is unlikely changes will need to be made to your Golf Tour Experience, but arrangements are made many months in advance and changes sometimes become necessary.  Most changes will be based on issues related to Hotels or transport providers and can be easily substituted as needed with no change in quality.  If an alteration is deemed major and has come through non-performance or improper performance by your agent or the Travel Agency and a suitable substitute is not available, a full refund or credit against a future trip will be provided.  

• Celtic Golf Tours and Centre Holidays accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect to loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure health risk events such as strikes, riots, political unrest, war hostilities or threat of war, Government restraints, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, weather problems, Global or regional Health advisories, or similar events beyond its control.

• Celtic Golf Tours and Centre Holidays accepts no responsibility for expense to personal property due to act or default of any hotel, carrier or any other company or person providing or rendering of the itinerary.

We strongly recommend any persons wishing to travel, to arrange Travel Insurance with your assigned Travel Agent representative or independently.  Travel insurance must be purchased in the country of origin and in most cases within your Province of residence.  The travel insurance should cover the whole time away.  Different options area available.  Speak with your Travel Agent representative for options.

Your Celtic Golf Tours representative will be with you throughout your booking experience as well as the time leading up to your return home.  We encourage you to first seek assistance from your Celtic Golf Tours representative.  Your representative will be able to assist with most issues.
